Tom is an architect, a computational designer, a Ph.D. candidate and Co-Investigator at The Material Topology Research Laboratory (MTRL), as well as adjunct lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture and Town Planning at the Technion. Additionally, He is a lead researcher at The David & Barbara Blumenthal Israel Center for Innovation and Research in Textiles (CIRTex) at Shenkar College of Engineering. His previous professional experience includes MYS Architects, Product manager at Infolio, and Co-founder of CTwiz, a real-estate analytics startup. Previous academic experience includes the Azrieli research fellowship, lecturer at the Tel-Aviv University (where he earned a B.Arch., and M.A. degrees), and managing the Digital Fabrication lab at Tel Aviv University. Tom is a former project manager at IDF Protector and a Navy reserve commander (Major).
